Executive Coaching
Clarity. Confidence. Command.
New to Executive Coaching? Here you'll find information on what Executive Coaching is, when it helps, and how it works.
What is Executive Coaching?
A partnership for clearer thinking and stronger leadership.
Executive coaching offers leaders a rare thing: space to think. It's a trusted, one-on-one partnership where you explore what's really driving your decisions, challenges, and growth so you can lead with more clarity, confidence, and command.

With 11+ years of experience coaching leaders across the GTA and internationally, I help executives achieve their goals faster and with greater clarity. I help high-performing professionals cut through complexity, sharpen their thinking, and move toward their goals with greater clarity and speed by connecting the dots others miss and getting straight to what matters most.
Understanding When Executive Coaching Helps
Executive coaching tends to help most when leaders find themselves at a crossroads: stepping into a bigger role, navigating a tricky team dynamic, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. It's especially valuable during transitions: a promotion, a shift in responsibilities, or a season where the usual playbook isn't quite working anymore. Coaching creates space to slow down, gain perspective, and figure out what's really going on beneath the surface challenge.

It also helps when you already know something needs to shift, but can't quite name what; whether that's a recurring conflict, a decision you keep circling, or a sense that you're capable of more but not sure how to get there. You don't need a crisis to benefit from coaching. Often, the leaders who gain the most are simply ready to think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and grow into the next version of themselves.

When You Should Consider Therapy Instead:
If you're experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health concerns, therapy is a better fit. executive coaching complements therapy, but doesn't replace it.

When is Executive Coaching Right for You?
Here are some questions to see if executive coaching is right for you?

-
Am I stepping into a new role or level of responsibility and want to navigate it well from the start?
-
Do I feel stuck? Professionally or in how I'm approaching a specific challenge?
-
Am I making decisions from habit or fear rather than clarity?
-
Do I notice the same conflicts, frustrations, or dynamics showing up again and again?
-
Is there a gap between how I want to lead and how I'm actually showing up day to day?
-
Am I aware of a pattern in my thinking that might be holding me back, even if I can't name it clearly?
-
Do I sense I'm capable of more, but I'm not sure what's in the way?
-
Am I ready to invest time and reflection into becoming a stronger, more intentional leader?
-
Is there a next chapter such as a promotion, pivot, or bigger vision, I want to prepare for?

How Excutive Coaching Works
Although executive coaching can have similar components, every executive coach has their different style and format. Here's an idea of the work I do with clients.

One–to–One Executive Coaching Sessions
I work with clients one to one as opposed to group coaching. By working with clients one to one, I'm able to go deeper and learn more about them in order to help them identify and achieve authentic goals.

Executive Coaching Customized to You
Because I offer packages, not a set or one size fits all program, I'm able to customize sessions and the package to meet the needs of the client. This includes customizing exercises and resources to aid the client's progress.

Structured and Goal Specific
Even though sessions and packages are customized, we work within a certain structure. I offer 3, 6, and 12 month coaching packages. Something you can learn more about here. Sessions are also structured into three parts, guided by specific goals, in order to facilitate effective change.
