Everyone who comes to me is different so my approach is tailored to my clients needs and goals. We start with 3 to 5 goals clients want to work on during our package and use those goals as a measure and guide throughout our sessions of the client’s progress. 


Sometimes clients reassess their initial goals after some time as they have reevaluated their situation and a) their initial goals no longer speak to them or b) they failed to prioritize more important goals (a result of more self-awareness). 


In any case, I provide guidance and support to realize their current goals and ideal life. This includes vision work, plans, and other strategies.

I’m also quite intuitive (recurring feedback from clients) and have a knack for getting to the heart of the problem.
